After many actors stood up against Bollywood, Oscar-winning music director, AR Rehman has told in an interview that there were people spreading fake rumours against him.
Speaking at an interview with an RJ of Radio Mirchi after the success of Dil Bechara, AR Rehman has spoken up that he wasn’t getting enough offers from Bollywood as there was a gang that was spreading false news about him. Even though he didn’t name who was the gang against him, he said that they were blocking people from coming in contact with him for work.
He said that he got to know all this when Dil Bechara’s director Mukesh Chhabra came to him to speak about making music for his film. He said that Mukesh Chhabra was told not to go to AR Rehman and seek him to tune for his music. Even though AR Rehman is not against anyone in Bollywood, he hasn’t been getting any good films.
His recent movie in Bollywood, Dil Bechara which is the last movie of Sushant Singh Rajput has been appreciated for both the music and the story of the movie. AR Rehman has given many hits for Hindi movies. He is considered as one of the best composers that Bollywood has ever had. He started composing music to movies when he was just 16 years old and has never looked back since then.
He is the winner of Oscars, Grammy Awards, National Awards and many other prominent awards. He won his first Oscars and Grammys for the movie Slumdog Millionaire which was a huge hit among music lovers. Even though AR Rehman isn’t working much in B-Town, he is working on many projects in Tamil, his mother Tongue.
